How we use information

As a coalition of colleges and universities, and community organizations, we collect your contact information so that we can share invitations to programming, resources on best practices, and updates from the field. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website. For example, we use a Web analytics program to learn what our most and least popular pages and resources are in order to improve our site overall. We do not disclose anything that could be used to identify individual visits.

Information collected

Personal information is information that identifies you personally, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address. We collect and store the personally identifiable information that you have provided us via a request to join our mailing list, campus member enrollment, individual enrollment in programs, event registration, or direct contact with our staff. If you make a payment or donation to Seed Coalition, we also collect your name, email address, telephone number and payment information. From time to time, we may collect personal information from you in ways not described above.

De-personalized information may be collected on the website by third-party vendors for use in analyzing the performance of the website. This information is anonymized and cannot be identified as relating to you specifically.

No sharing of personal information

Seed Coalition will not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your information to outside organizations. This policy applies to all information received, both online and offline, on our website, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
