“Our community-based learning program would not be as strong as it is without Seed Coalition. We rely on our membership for a connection to other higher education community engagement programs in the network, professional development for staff, faculty and students, capacity building through the AmeriCorps VISTA program, recognition programs like the annual awards and so, so much more. I could not do my work without the resources and support of this coalition!”
Presidents and chancellors who join Seed Coalition connect their institutions with awards, professional development opportunities, consulting, resources, publications, and more, all with the goal to support community engagement and democratic renewal.
While college and university presidents and chancellors are the official members of our coalition, everyone associated with a member campus can access member benefits. Academic leaders, faculty, staff, students, and community partners regularly call on us for a number of services to enhance their engagement efforts.
