Adia Zeman Theis joined Seed Coalition in March of 2023. Prior to joining the team, she spent 10+ years working at the College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University (CSB/SJU) where she was the Associate Director of Experience and Professional Development with a focus in Community Leadership Programs.
She has a B.A. in Communication from CSB/SJU and her M.S. in Higher Education Administration from St. Cloud State University. Adia also hold 45 and 66 hour Enneagram Practitioner certifications through the Enneagram Prison Project and works as an enneagram facilitator for small groups and teams. In her free time, Adia enjoys spending time at the lake, following Olympic sports and Minnesota athletic teams, listening to audio books, and spending time with her husband and their cats, Cleo and Lucy.
